Lose Man Boobs

My man boobs developed during my early teen years. My mother brought me to the doctor after she overheard my brother picking on me about my man boobs.  The doctor was convinced my man boobs were from my raging teenage hormones and told me they would go away once my testosterone and estrogen levels balanced out.

Well, the doctor was wrong.  In fact my man boobs stayed with me into my later teen years, which was an excruciating time.  I did have friends and all, and I’m sure they meant no harm - but I was the butt of a ton of jokes.  When we would go boating, it was traumatizing to take my shirt off. My friends said, “look at Mark, he’s got boobs haha…he has sanddollar-sized nipples.”  I’d laugh it off, but it did hurt my feelings.

Once I hit twenty, I really decided to change my life and was determined to lose man boobs.  I hope the information I share with you is beneficial, and if you are unlucky enough to be living with man boobs, I wish you luck in your battle.
